Yesterday i was going through Blogsome forums and noticed that most of the topics in the forum were about blog deletion by the administrator without any warning or prior notice due to some issues

Well for the time being my blog is safe, but i dont wanna risk or wait till my blog is deleted by the administrator of Blogsome, so i thought its better to register a new domain for ## Knowledge Box ##

After hours of banging heads and thinking, i came up with a domain name " kb0x.net "

Just few minutes back i registered the new domain for ## Knowledge Box ## which is

http://www.kb0x.net/

For the time being, coming soon page is uploaded and the website will be available like within 1 or 2 days, with more features and valuable posts, so keep looking into the new ## kn0wledge b0x ##

Just some time back i was trying to find some pictures, so i thought it will be good idea to find some on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/) as users on Flickr have always a very good and excellent collection of photos

When i was trying to access Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/) through my favourite browser Mozilla Firefox v2.0.0.6, it showed me an error saying that the connection to the website was reset, i thought it must be my connection problem and then once again i clicked on try again and then again on refresh button in my browser

Well now i really started to get suspicious, its not my connection, its not my browser, then is there something wrong with the website Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/) ?

Prank starts 25 years of security woes

NEW YORK - What began as a ninth-grade prank, a way to trick already-suspicious friends who had fallen for his earlier practical jokes, has earned Rich Skrenta notoriety as the first person ever to let loose a personal computer virus.

Although over the next 25 years, Skrenta started the online news business Topix, helped launch a collaborative Web directory now owned by Time Warner Inc.’s Netscape and wrote countless other computer programs, he is still remembered most for unleashing the "Elk Cloner" virus on the world.

Key Indian websites hacked

‘DEranged security’ offers over 100 email acconts and passwords of government organisations across the world

In a startling development of a major cyber security breach,  a Swedish hacker, who has managed to hack into emails of Indian embassies in the US, China, Germany, Belgium, among others, has triggered a million dollar question on the issue of cyber security in India, or rather, lack of it. The issue has raised much-debated question of inadequate cyber laws in India and the government’s lax approach towards cyber crime and cyber security. 

The Sweden-based hacker has also managed to hack the emails of the National Defence Academy (NDA) & DRDO officials.

The hacker has reportedly posted email id’s and passwords of 100 email accounts of embassies & govt offices across the world including 13 Indian establishment on his website — www.derangedsecurity.com
